The AAA-Fund hosted its Professional Development Happy Hour Wednesday night at Local 16 in Washington DC. The event was on July 22nd from 6:30 pm to 8 pm and featured three guests, Irene Bueno, who served as Special Assistant to President Clinton and now lobbies on behalf of organizations like Justice for Filipino American Veterans; Bel Leong Hong, the former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense; and Manu Bhardwaj, who served on the Obama-Biden Transition Team and who is a Political Appointee-Designate at the Department of Commerce.
