It’s REALLY the Economy, Stupid!

Your humble DNC correspondent just scored an exclusive interview with James Carville, the mastermind behind Bill Clinton’s 1992 victory.  Asked what slogan Barack Obama should adopt, Carville had a pithy response:  “It’s REALLY the economy, stupid!”

Carville also had these words of advice for Obama:

Don’t be so cool.  Show some anger about what’s happening to the country.

Carville closed with some warm praise for Obama’s running mate, Sen. Joe Biden.
