It seems there is (more) racism taking place at Texas A&M, that college in the middle of nowhere, Texas where calling the University of Texas “Texas University” somehow makes A&M the state’s flagship institution. Two Iraqi doctors, who fled Iraq to avoid persecution, have sued A&M for racial and religious bias. Among the allegations are colleagues placing animal feces and urine on prayer rugs. Even an investigation conducted by the university concluded a hostile work environment may exist. Of course, they did not find actual discrimination.
The researchers are standing up for the large number of harassed minorities in College Station who are too afraid to speak up.
